Evolve Summit 2026

1) Theme + Content Standards

• Theme requirement: Your talk must clearly align with “Evolve in 2026” (business, leadership, and/or life).
• Content must be professional, value-driven, and appropriate for a general business audience.

2) Time Limits

• Featured Live: 40 minutes maximum.
• Pre-Recorded: 20 minutes maximum.

3) Promotion Requirements (All Speakers)

• Minimum: 3 emails + 4 social posts + stories during the promo window.
• Proof: Submit screenshots in one email to [email protected] by April 20, 2026.

4) One Offer Policy

• Pre-Recorded: one freebie only (no paid offers).
• Live: one aligned low-ticket paid offer only.
• No “DM me” bait, no link dumping, no stacking multiple offers.

5) Pre-Recorded Enforcement

• Pre-recorded participation is free with required promotion.
• If proof is not submitted by the deadline, you agree to a $27 participation invoice.

6) Link Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your freebie/offer links work.
• We are not responsible for broken links, delivery issues, or expired assets.
• Non-working links may be removed.

7) Live Speaker Fee (Non-Refundable)

• Featured Live Speaker fee is $97 paid upfront to secure your spot.
• All Live Speaker fees are non-refundable.

8) Media Release + Recording Permission

• You grant permission to record your session and use your name, image, voice, and submitted materials for summit marketing and replay delivery.
• You confirm you have rights to all materials used in your presentation.

9) Liability Disclaimer

• You understand results and sales are not guaranteed.
• BossLadies Creating Empires and the Evolve Summit are not liable for technical issues, platform disruptions, or outcomes related to participation.
